01Who is responsible for your data

forma.fx ("we," "us," or "Forma") is the data controller for the information described in this policy. If you have any question about your data, email contact@formafx.co.

02Information we collect

Information you give us directly

• Account and billing data. When you subscribe, Whop collects your email address, name, payment method, billing address, and any tax information required by law. We receive a subset of this from Whop to manage your subscription.
• Discord identifier. When you connect your Discord account during the verification step, we receive your Discord user identifier. We use it only to add you to the private server when you pass the final quiz and to remove you if your subscription ends.
• Support messages. If you email us or message us through the community, we keep the content of those messages so we can help you.

Information collected automatically

• Usage and device data. Standard server logs record your IP address, browser, device, referring URL, and the pages you visit on formafx.co. We use this for security, debugging, and aggregate analytics.
• Cookies. We use a minimal set of first party cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your preferences. We may use privacy friendly analytics that does not personally identify you.

03How we use your information

• To deliver the service you paid for, including granting access to briefings, modules, and the Discord community.
• To process payments and prevent fraud.
• To send you important account notices, such as renewal reminders, billing receipts, and changes to these Terms.
• To respond to your questions and support requests.
• To monitor and improve the service, fix bugs, and keep the platform secure.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not use your data to train artificial intelligence models. We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.

04Who we share your information with

We share your data only with the service providers we need to operate forma.fx:

• Whop for subscription management, billing, and identity verification.
• Discord for community delivery. Discord's own privacy policy applies to your interactions on its platform.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers (such as our website host) to deliver the site reliably.
• Email delivery providers to send transactional emails such as receipts and account notices.
• Authorities when required by law, by valid court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of forma.fx, our members, or the public.

05How long we keep your data

We keep your account and subscription data for as long as you have an active subscription with us, and for a reasonable period after cancellation to handle refunds, comply with tax obligations, and resolve disputes. We keep support messages for as long as needed to provide continuity if you contact us again. Server logs are typically retained for ninety days.

06Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• request a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate or outdated information;
• request deletion of your data, subject to our legal and contractual obligations;
• object to or restrict certain processing;
• port your data to another service.

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@formafx.co. We will respond within thirty days. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

07Children

Forma is intended for adults aged eighteen and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under eighteen. If you believe a minor has signed up, contact us and we will delete the account.

08International data transfers

Forma operates online and the providers we rely on (Whop, Discord, hosting infrastructure) may process data in countries other than yours. Where required by law, we rely on standard contractual safeguards and the protections offered by these providers.

09Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, restricted access to systems, and regular review of our security practices. No system is ever completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify active subscribers by email or through a notice in the community at least fourteen days before the change takes effect.
